Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy. We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days of product receipt. It must be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition.
Returns must be authorized before a credit can be issued. Please call us at (616) 834-1503 to authorize a return. Refunds are initiated within two to three business days of when the return is received.
Shipping
For orders under $49, we apply a flat $9 shipping fee for UPS Ground service. Most orders over $49 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States and Canada. For items that exceed UPS size limits, shipping will be arranged via LTL freight and priced accordingly. Our UPS shipping cutoff is 2:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before this time generally ship the same day, while those received after 2:30 PM will ship the next business day. LTL typically ships the next business day from the day of purchase.
