Our 30-Day Return Policy: Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window for items returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition.

Restocking Fee Details: To keep our prices competitive and ensure every returned item is carefully inspected & repackaged for the next customer, we apply a 20% restocking fee if the item is no longer needed. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, we will waive this fee entirely.

Authorization & Processing: All returns must be authorized before a credit can be issued. To begin, please call us at (616) 834-1503 ext 1 or click the link below. Once we receive your return, we will initiate your refund after your order has been inspected.

Shipping

Shipping Policy: We aim for the fastest turnaround possible. For all in-stock items, we try to ship your order the same day it is received.

• Daily Cutoff: Our UPS cutoff is 2:30 PM EST.

• Standard Shipping: In-stock orders placed after the cutoff typically ship the next business day.

• LTL Freight: Oversized items are arranged via freight and usually ship the following business day.

• Special Destinations: Please call or email for a quote if shipping to outside the contiguous U.S. or Canada.
